This Policy applies to LENDS-controlled websites and interfaces, including lendspro.com and app.lendspro.com. Third-party websites, wallets, networks, and services have their own privacy practices.

2. Information processed

The public landing page does not require an account. Depending on how you use LENDS services, the following limited categories may be processed:

• Technical information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs processed automatically by hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Communications: your email address and the information you choose to provide when contacting us.
• Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, balances, and other data available on public blockchains when you connect or interact through the app.

We do not receive or store your wallet private keys or seed phrase.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the websites, provide requested functionality, respond to communications, diagnose technical issues, prevent misuse, understand service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and improve LENDS services.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The landing page does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Hosting, security, wallet, or embedded third-party services may use essential storage or similar technologies required to provide their functionality. If optional analytics are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Public blockchain activity is independently recorded and replicated by network participants. LENDS cannot alter or delete information written to a public blockchain. Avoid including personal information in transaction data or other public fields.

Information under our control is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, support, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Public blockchain information remains subject to the operation of the relevant network.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information under our control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their devices, email accounts, and wallets.

9. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate measures are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable law.
